THE FAIRY DANCE

THE FAIRY DANCE

Down in the Fairy glen
The Fairies dance and sing,
Dancing very carefully
In their Fairy Ring.

Their dresses are so pretty
In many colours too,
With pink, purple and yellow,
White and gentle blue.

Flower petals adorn them
And smiles their lips embrace,
Pretty are their wings,
Made of cobweb lace.

Music drifts from the valley
And as the mists arise,
Diamond dew drops sparkle
In misty tired eyes.

So if you feel a gentle breeze
As in your garden you roam.
Remember Fairies could be dancing
In their Fairy home.

And if you listen carefully
Then their music may ring
As they skip and dance
Around their Fairy Ring.

I love the fairies who live in the bottom of my garden and play amongst the Lavender
