STRENGTH TO YOU
Dear friend I know you are hurting
That your heart is filled with pain,
You wonder if the clouds will lift
And the sun come through again.
You feel such emptiness within
No courage to go on.
You want to turn back time,
You want to see the sun.
Take the hands of those who love you
And let them help you through,
Give you courage to face the empty days
When you see no sky of blue.
Friends are here for you
To listen and to care
Don’t be afraid to ask for help
And know that friends are there.
