FAIRIES IN THE GARDEN

FAIRIES IN THE GARDEN

Between the early dew of morning
and  evening's soft thickening mist
There are Fairies in the garden
Whose lives the sun has kissed.

They keep themselves so busy
As they flit from place to place
Bringing smiles to weary faces
With wings of sweetest lace.

They're pretty and they're caring
And kindness is their measure
A visit from a Fairy
Is something you should treasure.

So if by chance you look around you
And see a sprinkling of Fairy dust
Know that a Fairy has been visiting
With care and with great trust.

Be kind to Fairy folk if they visit
Cherish the time they spend.
Spreading kindness all around them
Brings them joy which knows no end.
