MOONLIGHT 

Mystical, mesmerizing, magical moonlight

Shine down on my pathway,

From new moon to full moon

You hold me in sway.

Mystical, mesmerizing magical moonlight,

You bring thoughts of romance,

You take me back to my youth

And my heart can still dance.

Mystical, mesmerizing, magical moonlight

You pull on the tide,

Bringing back memories

I don’t want to hide.

Mystical, mesmerizing, magical moonlight

You light up the woods

Bring change to my life

And affecting my moods.

Mystical, mesmerizing, magical moonlight

When you are new

You refresh my soul

Like the morning’s crisp dew.

Mystical, mesmerizing, magical moonlight

When you are full,

You remind me how much of my life

Is held by your pull.
