THE FAERY DELL
I am a little pixie
Who lives in the Faery Dell
I am really well behaved
But I can be naughty as well.
Sometimes I creep up behind
The Faeries as they play
I sprinkle them with water
And they chase me right away.
I am very fleet of foot
And happy are my days
As I sit and warm myself
In the sun's beautiful rays.
I watch the Faeries dance
And join in when they sing,
They tell me to be quiet
As they dance around their ring.
I often pick the flowers
And tickle Faery noses
With the soft and velvet petals
Picked from the garden roses.
I climb up on to the toadstools
And sit in branches of the trees,
You can hear my laughter
As it wafts upon the breeze.
I am very happy living here
With kindness all around,
A special home for a pixie
In the Faery Garden is found.
