Some pain, some tears and laughter

Special times I’ve yearned.

Sweet days of summer wine,

Roses blooming ~

Such happiness is mine.

Pain behind me life and love ahead

It's been a difficult journey

But I'm thankful for the life I've lead.

A hand outstretched to catch me

And hold me lest I fall
